North Perth will get an update tonight on Perth County’s Joint Accessibility Plan from 2023-27.
The multi year plan succeeds from the 2018-22 accessibility plan with new outlines to be continued commitment from Perth County to create an accessible organization by identifying, removing and preventing barriers for people with disabilities.
Highlights for the new plan include Communication, Education, Diversity and Inclusion, Age Friendly Focus and Community Leadership.
Residents were invited to provide their feedback online with a survey on the matter.
