Huron County OPP have laid charges following a crash in Huron East on Wednesday.
At around 11:30am, OPP was joined with Huron County paramedics and the Bluewater Fire Department to a two vehicle collision involving a pickup truck and SUV on Morrison Line at Kippen Road.
Two heavily damaged vehicles were found with the drivers and two passengers treated by EMS with one passenger taken by Ornge Air Ambulance due to a head injury.
Investigation revealed the SUV driver did not stop at a stop sign with the 36 year old driver charged under the highway traffic act.
