A new four storey mixed use apartment building is coming to Palmerston and the public is being encouraged to provide input.
The new apartments will also come with new ground floor retail space to help make a space for more jobs, and places to live.
The town has launched the Palmerston Housing Needs survey to help developers and the town understand what is needed the most.
The survey is open for all across the area to share their thoughts.
