On November 17th just before 7pm, Perth County OPP responded to a report of a motor vehicle driving erratically on Line 34 heading towards West Perth.
Police were able to locate the vehicle and spoke with the driver who was later arrested for impaired driving.
As a result a 38 year old Mitchell resident has been charged with Operation While Impaired Blood Alcohol Concentration 80 Plus.
The accused will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
