A 46 year old operating an unsafe vehicle was also found to be driving impaired.
On April 26th at around 4pm, Wellington County OPP were on patrol on Eliza Street in Arthur when they spotted a vehicle which look to be in an unsafe condition when a stop was done.
As a result, a 46 year old man of Arthur has been charged with Operation While Impaired and Operating an Unsafe Combination of Vehicles.
The accused will appear in Guelph court in June.
