An impaired driver is facing charges who crashed with a hydro pole in Erin.
On July 26th at around 8pm, Wellington County OPP responded to the scene on 9th Line.
The crash resulted in the hydro pole falling and causing 9th Line to be closed for several hours with wires being exposed on the roadway.
As a result, a 20 year old Brampton was charged with Failure to Comply with a Demand and Operating a Vehicle Without Insurance.
The accused will appear in court in September.
