A 32 year old is facing charges after a crash in Guelph-Eramosa.
On September 13th at around 9:45pm, Wellington County OPP were called to a single vehicle crash in a ditch at the intersection of Lerch Road and Paisley Road.
There was no reported injuries.
Officers noticed signs of impairment with a breath sample being provided.
A 32 year old was charged with Dangerous Operation and Operation While Impaired.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in court next month.
