Huron County OPP have charged a driver with impaired operation after a single vehicle collision in Central Huron.
On June 29th at around 8:19pm, OPP was joined with Huron County EMS to a single vehicle collision involving a tree on Londesboro Road.
The lone driver inside the vehicle was safely removed, receiving minor injuries and taken to the Clinton Hospital.
During investigation police determined the driver had consumed alcohol and a roadside screening device was used, resulting in a failure.
As a result an 18 year old of Central Huron was charged with Driving While Impaired.
The accused will appear in court on August 14th.
