A 27 year old is facing charges who was impaired while driving a fully loaded dump truck.
On August 6th at around 1:15pm, Wellington County OPP were conducting traffic enforcement when complaints came in from the public of a dump truck full of gravel swerving and crossing the centre line which almost struck a vehicle near Queen Street in Puslinch.
Police stopped the driver, a 27 year old of Brampton who was charged with Operation While Impaired.
The accused will appear in court next month.
