A member of the Huron Perth Public Health Board has resigned following his joining the End the Lockdown National Caucus.

Perth County and Perth East Councillor Daryl Herlick has submitted his resignation after joining the group recently that is challenging current Covid-19 policies with a focus on ending the governments use of province-wide lockdowns and stay at home orders.

Perth County Council will likely choose a replacement representative for him to sit on the board to fill the vacant seat at their next meeting tomorrow.
