The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board issued a press release on Wednesday advising they are wrapping up $4.1 million of capital investments in the Huron-Perth community.

The funding includes $2.3 million into ventillation systems at its facilities this year.

The Board says with health & safety of students & staff in mind, at the conclusion of this summer’s projects, all Huron-Perth Catholic schools will have benefited from investments in ventilation systems.

All schools will have fully mechanical ventilation and HEPA filtration systems in every classroom.

The Board has deployed 348 HEPA filtration systems district-wide.
