Huron County OPP are currently investigating the theft of a trailer which was taken from a Goderich business in the early morning hours on Wednesday.
The trailer was parked on the northwest corner of a business lot on Huron Road.
The trailer was secured with chains however culprits managed to cut the chains and hook the trailer with a full sized pickup truck.
The trailer was taken at around 5am. The suspect vehicle was last seen heading westbound onto Huron Road.
The trailer had items inside including a Craftsman lawn tractor, DeWalt portable table saw, two gas stoves and an electric stacked laundry center.
The trailer is described as a black 2013 Legend 17 foot enclosed cargo tandem axle.
