A Huron County resident is doing her happy dance after cashing in on a $5 million prize.
54 year old Sudsakorn (Connie) Trepstra was checking her tickets while having coffee with her husband when she checked a Lotto 6/49 ticket and realized she won the Classic Jackpot of $5 million from the April 3rd draw.
Connie at first thought she won $5000 then she noticed all the zeros.
She says she’ll use her winnings to share with her children, grandchildren, pay some bills and put the rest into savings for retirement.
The winning ticket was sold at Becker’s on Goderich Street in Seaforth.
