The Humane Society of Kitchener-Waterloo and Stratford-Perth is holding a walk in adoption event later today.
The event is being held with having over 50 dogs in their care and most being with long term residents.
The adoption event is being held between 12:30pm-7:30pm at both centres in Stratford and Kitchener.
Adoption fees have been reduced for adult dogs to help them find their homes sooner.
