HPHA signs Construction Contract for $13 Million Dollar Chemotherapy Unit & Pharmacy for Stratford

New facilities will have an impact on thousands of chemotherapy patients along with hospital inpatients that rely on HPHA’s pharmacy to provide medication management.

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance announced that it has signed a construction contract to bring a new Chemotherapy Unit & Pharmacy to the Stratford General Hospital site.

They held an event on Thursday to mark the event that will have an impact on thousands of chemotherapy patients along with hospital inpatients that rely on HPHA’s pharmacy to provide medication management.

The project has an estimated cost of $13 million dollars.

It is part of the Stratford Hospitals overall $30 million dollars “In Our Hands” Fundraising Campaign.

Expected occupancy for the Chemotherapy Unit & Pharmacy is Spring/Summer of 2024.
