The Avon Maitland District School Board alongside the Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board held their annual School Service Advisory Committee Symposium, strengthening support for children, youth and families.
The event brought professionals providing services within schools to boost partnerships, share expertise and deepen understanding of key community frameworks.
These included the Huron-Perth Mental Health & Suicide Crisis Response Protocol and Huron-Perth Child & Youth Sexual Violence Support Guide.
As the next school year is here, the event highlights hope, connection and shared sense of purpose when communities come together in support of student well-being.
