The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says 94 homes were sold last month, a moderate gain of 8 per cent from January 2023.
Homes were down 4.3 per cent the five year average for the month.
The benchmark price of a single family home was $547,600 edging up 0.7 per cent on a year over year basis with the average price of a home sold last month being $616,389.
A gain of 5.2 per cent from the same time last year. There was 172 new listings last month.
