The numbers of homes sold in Huron-Perth totaled 213 units last month, a drop of 4.1% from September of 2020.
On a year to date basis, home sales totaled 1878 units over the first nine months of the year, a large 14.2% jump from the same period.
The benchmark price of a home in the region was set to $546,400 with the average price of a home sold making a large leap again.
The average price of a home sold was marked at $615,459, a jump of 33.7% from September of 2020.
There was a total of 242 listings for last month.
