The support continues for a new CT Scanner at the Wingham & District Hospital with Wayne and Linda Hopper of Hopper Holdings donating $10,000 to the campaign.
Wayne Hopper has benefited from care in the hospital in the past who also has had to travel for a CT Scan who wanted to pass on some good fortune to the Caring Together Campaign.
Nicole Duquette, Executive Director of the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation says as they’re just on the outside of their goal, work is already being done at the hospital.
“I’m very confident we’ll be able to get to the final finish line and in fact the early preliminary steps are now being taken in the hospital to start the first step of the renovations so things are moving ahead.” said Duquette.
The Hoppers have also dished out a challenge to neighbouring farmers and join them in supporting the campaign and this important project.
