The St Mary’s Healthcare Foundation in less than one year has been able to raise the funds needed for a new X-ray machine.
Last April, the team made a pledge to completely fund the new amchine which came in with a cost of $650,000.
The foundation only recently announced they were $15,000 away from reaching their goal when a community donour came forward to help contribute the remaining amount to help cross the line.
The foundation says reaching this goal is under a year is truly remarkable and it speaks to how deeply their supporters value access to high quality care close to home.
