The Huron-Perth Healthcare Alliance has shared a message regarding hospital care throughout the third wave of COVID-19.
While providing inpatient care for residents, the Healthcare Alliance is now caring for patients who have been transferred from hot spot areas in the GTA into their ICU and medicine units.
The impact of the third wave has put much stress on the Healthcare Alliance as they’ve had to reduce scheduled patient activity and have all staff and physicians working tirelessly to support one another.
The Healthcare Alliance is reminding residents to keep doing their part in the fight against the pandemic.
