Health Canada has approved the 4th vaccine for use in the country.
Johnson & Johnsons COVID-19 vaccine, which only requires one dose to be effective will join Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca for approved vaccines in Canada.
Johnson & Johnsons vaccine is considered a big push forward in the battle against COVID-19 as it also does not require to be stored in any below freezing temperatures.
Canada has ordered 10 million doses of the vaccine with the option of 28 million more. Most of the shots are expected to arrive by the end of September.
