Perth County OPP continue to investigate a head on collision from Saturday night.
At around 8:19pm police responded alongside Perth County EMS and Perth East fire to the collision on Line 34 in Perth East.
One driver was taken to an out of town hospital with life threatening injuries with another passenger taken to a local hospital but their injuries are not life threatening.
OPP is joined by the West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team to investigate the collision.
Line 34 was closed for several hours between Road 108 and Road 109 but has since reopened.
