A bakery in Harriston has been closed by Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health due to critical infractions.
The Son of Ra Sourdough Bakery was ordered closed by public health after an inspection on August 27th found 6 infractions, two of which considered critical.
The inspection came after a complaint where a previous required inspection on May 2nd had found 1 non critical infraction.
The bakery will stay closed until requirements are met under the Health Protection and Promotion Act and approval given by public health.
