On June 2nd at around 4:10pm, Hanover Police attempted to stop a 3 wheeler with an orange flag on the back of the vehicle on 7th Avenue.
The driver fled at a high rate of speed on Southline into Brockton.
Police did not continue to chase down the fleeing vehicle and made a call for the public to help identify the driver.
On June 3rd, police were able to locate and arrest the suspect and as a result a 39 year old has been charged with Dangerous Driving, Flight from Police, Driving While Under Suspension and Driving without Insurance.
The 3 wheeler was seized until the case concludes in court.
