The Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington has received $10,000 from Guelph Giving Pledge.
This donation will help add more mental health support programs for children and youth. The children’s foundation with the help of its Free the Grow program helps families who don’t have ways to pay for things such as swimming lessons or summer camp.
On top of being able to assist with paying for programs, the Children’s Foundation also came to realize adding mental health support was a must.
Guelph Giving Pledge on top of its $10,000 donation has also pledged $20,000 next year t the Children’s Foundation to help get the program going.
