Ground has broken at the Palmerston Business Junction.
Kridak Developments is working to bring a new project for Palmerston which will include an entire plaza with workshops, medical offices, professional offices, warehouses and industrial units.
The 4 building plaza has each one designated for what will be used for space and is now open for applicants to fill the spaces.
Officials with Kridak Developments say 20 of the 35 available units which includes all seven medical spaces have been sold which will see a dentist, naturopath and massage therapist being tenants.
While a finish date is not certain, its expected to have a 12-15 month time frame to have the plaza complete.
