A gas leak in Fergus left around 30 homes without natural gas after a line was damaged on Wednesday.
Emergency crews all responded to the incident on Millburn Boulevard at around 12:44pm with some homes evacuated.
Enbridge Gas officials say the incident was caused when a two inch plastic pipeline was damaged during third party excavation was taking place in the area.
Fire crews were cleared of the scene of Millburn, Roberston and Burnside Streets at 4pm with Enbridge officials staying on the scene.
