Wellington Terrace in Fergus reported today that 4 employees have tested positive for Covid-19.
The results were found during weekly surveillance testing of staff at the facility.
2 employees are experiencing mild symptoms and other two are asymptomatic.
Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health are working with the facility on contact tracing and infection control.
16 residents have been placed in isolation.
The facility was set to exit outbreak yesterday when the positive cases were found.
It has now been extended until January 21st.
