Your grocery bill is going to rise for next year.

Canada’s annual Food Price Report shows the average family of four is expected to pay $966 more in 2022 when compared to last year.

The report shows issues with supply chain disruptions. Labour market and weather events are the blame for the increase.

The largest price hikes will be found in dairy and on restaurant menus.

Bakery and vegetables will see an increase of 5-7 per cent with fruit rising 3-5 per cent.
