The Ministry of Transportation recently installed volunteer firefighter flashing green light signs reminding drivers to watch for any flashing green lights while out on the road indicating a volunteer firefighter.
Green flashing lights are used by volunteer firefighters who are responding to an emergency.
Firefighters have continued to urge drivers across the area to pull to the right when its safe to do so if you see a green flashing light.
