Fire crews remain on the scene of a shed fire on Line 87 early this morning.
Listowel and Atwood fire stations were paged at 12:12am to the blaze with assistance being called from stations in Monkton and Minto before Listowel crews arrived on the scene.
Fire crews found two coverall sheds on fire with a large amount of hay in one shed, the other was full of straw alongside machinery in both sheds.
Tanker assist was also requested from Mapleton.
Crews are currently working with excavators to remove hay and straw from sheds.
A heavy presence of fire trucks will continue using Road 164 from Line 87 to the Food Basics parking lot hauling water from hydrants to the scene.
Line 87 is closed for all traffic from road 157 to road 164.
