A fire which broke out at an encampment in Stratford has been ruled a misuse of a makeshift heating device.
The Stratford Fire Department was called out to a makeshift shed on fire near a storage facility and railroad tracks on Douro Street Wednesday morning.
The fire was near a propane tank which was removed by fire crews with the blaze put eventually put out.
