There will be a planned outage in Stratford this morning starting at 8:45am.
Festival Hydro is doing capital upgrades to the area with the outage expecting to be done affecting customers on Railway Avenue and 57 Elm Street.
The outage is expected to last around 5 hours while crews complete the work.
