A Fergus resident has cashed in on $100,000 through Lotto Max.
Catherine Sweeney matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the April 7th draw to cash in the prize.
Sweeney, who’s retired says she usually checks her tickets online with the OLG app but this time around she checked her ticket while she was at the gas station and was jumping up and down when she realized she had won big.
Sweeney says she’ll be putting her winnings to help with an already planned trip.
The winning ticket was purchased at Giant Tiger on Tower Street in Fergus.
