A Fergus woman is $100,000 richer after cashing in big on the OLG’s Instant Gold Pursuit game.
58 year old Sherry Humber says she’s been playing the lottery for over 30 years and stopped for gas and picked up a last minute ticket.
When she won the big prize she was convinced it was fake and after three more times of checks cried tears of joy and in the moment knew it would help put her son through med school.
Humber on top of supporting her son also has plans to go on a cruise.
The winning ticket was sold at an Esso Station of St David Street in Fergus.
