A Fergus man is facing charges after a sexual assault.
On September 13th last year, Wellington County OPP began the investigation after receiving information of a sexual assault in Fergus.
On March 6th OPP arrested and charged a 50 year old man with Sexual Assault.
The accused was released and will appear in Guelph court next month.
