Fergus Fire Fighters for many years have helped raise funds for projects such as Muscular Dystrophy Canada by means of a toll booth.
The booth set up on the Tower Street Bridge in Fergus has seen success for years and Centre Wellington has approved the use of it once again this year.
Mayor Kelly Linton says fundraisers like this are something he hopes everyone takes part in.
“This is a great cause. Let’s make sure everyone in community gets the word out there that we cross the bridge out there on September 11th.” said Mayor Linton
Fergus Fire Fighters will be set up to operate a toll booth on September 11th to help raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
