Wellington County OPP are investigating a fatal collision involving on a cyclist on Sunday.
At around 3pm on April 16th, police responded to a report of a collision between cyclist and SUV on County Road 12 between County Road 8 and Twelfth Line in Mapleton.
OPP were joined by Guelph-Wellington Paramedics and the Drayton Fire Department.
The cyclist, an 81 year old was taken to hospital where they were pronounced deceased.
The SUV driver was not injured.
County Road 12 remains closed between County Road 8 and Twelfth Line.
