Erin’s Rachel Karker has grabbed a bronze medal for Canada in her Olympic freeski halfpipe debut at the Beijing Games.
Karker snags Canada’s 12th bronze medal at the games, finishing just behind fellow Canadian Cassie Sharpe who took the country’s 6th silver.
Karker’s first run saw her best to put her in second place with a clean 2nd run.
Karker won silver at the 2021 world championships.
