Erin CAO Rob Adams has been named as the Municipal World’s CAO of the Year for 2025.
Adams was selected from a list of finalists across municipalities in Canada with those in Nova Scotia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia being named as finalists.
Adams was named CAO for the Town of Erin in March 2024 who quickly was known for his strategic, community focused approach to governance.
Adams said he was surprised to get the award adding there are many terrific CAO’s who are building communities who says he is humbled and honoured at the same time.
