The Listowel Wingham Hospitals Alliance has declared an enteric outbreak on the 2nd floor inpatient unit at the Listowel Memorial Hospital.
The outbreak was made effective as of January 14th.
During this time, the hospital alliance says family and caregivers should postpone all non-essential visits.
Further, you are asked to not visit if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms such as a cough, fever, sore throat, nausea or vomiting.
