There will be some closures next week in Stratford as emergency services stage exercises near the River Gardens Retirement Residence.
The training exercise will see Romeo Street between Delamere Avenue and Devon Street from 8:45am-11am on October 23rd be closed.
During this time there will be increased number of emergency personnel in the area including police, firefighters and paramedics.
This simulation test is meant to test the city’s emergency response plans and be prepared for real life disasters.
