A 37 year old, linked to multiple thefts in Fergus has been arrested.
On January 30th at around 4pm, OPP responded to a theft report from a business on Parkside Drive with the accused trying to hide a bottle of vodka and left without paying.
The suspect was identified in other alcohol thefts from the same business earlier in the month.
On February 3rd at 11:45pm, police while on patrol on Sophia Street in Elora found the accused vehicle and signs of impairment.
The 37 year old of Elora has been charged with Operation While Impaired and three counts of Theft Under $5000.
The accused will appear in court next month.
