Eight tickets were issued from March 5th-8th with Stratford Police following a traffic initiative.
Stratford Police kicked off the campaign after reports of drivers speeding along St Vincent Street South at various times of the day.
Police say its important to worked closely with community members where it will allow them to target areas where problems exist and work together to create safer roads and a safer community overall.
Stratford Police say speeding remains as the leading cause of collisions on roadways.
