The North Perth Earlyon Child & Family Centre sent out information on a great activities to take part in with your young children.
The Play & Move Chalk Activity Course is something you can create yourself with chalk.
It lets you hop, skip, jump, run and balance your way to the finish. You can add extra challenges like taking part with a ball or hula-hoop.
Other great ideas include making a course to have your kids ride their bike through or move a ball or hockey puck from beginning to end.
Or you can make a world for your kids, or you, driving your hot wheel cars.
