Wellington County OPP have charged a 32 year old after a stop in Mount Forest.
On January 10th at around 3:30pm, OPP was doing traffic enforcement when they spotted a suspicious vehicle on Mount Forest drive, stopping the driver.
As a result a 32 year old from Harriston has been charged with Failure to Surrender CVOR certificate, Failure to Enter Defect in Daily Inspection Report and Operating a CMV with Load not Secured.
A business has also been charged with No Name on Commercial Vehicle, Failure to Display Inspection Sticker or Proof and Failure to Ensure Daily Inspection is Conducted Properly.
