A stop in Fergus has led to a list of charges against a 32 year old.
On June 14th at around 3:30pm Wellington County OPP was preforming traffic enforcement who stopped a driver on Gzowski Street.
As a result a 32 year old of Brampton has been charged with Failure to Report Damage to Property on Highway, Careless Driving, Improper Tires, Driving a CMV with a Major Defect and Failure to Accurately Complete Daily Inspection Report.
A business has also been charged with Failure to Ensure Performance Standards are Met.
All accused will appear in Guelph court at a later date.
