A traffic stop in Minto has turned up a list of charges against a driver and a business.
On July 8th at around 2pm, Wellington County OPP was preforming traffic enforcement when they stopped a commercial motor vehicle on Wellington Road 109 in Minto.
As a result a 65 year old of Harriston has been charged with Driving a CMV with a Major Defect, Insecure Load, Failure to Complete Daily Inspector Report and Overweight on Tires.
Further a business has also been charged with Failure to Ensure Performance Standards are Met, Improper Tires for a CMV and Permit Operation of a CMV with Load Not Secured as Prescribed.
All will appear in court at a later date.
