A business and driver have been charged after a stop in Minto.
On January 16th at around 2:20pm, West Region OPP Traffic Incident and Management was preforming traffic enforcement on Wellington Road 6 when they stopped a commercial motor vehicle.
The stop resulted in a 53 year old of Mississauga being charged with Driving a CMV with no valid CVOR certificate and Improper Mudguards for a CMV.
A Hamilton business has also been charged with Failure to Supply Driver with Daily Inspection Schedule, No Name on Commercial Vehicle and Failure to Ensure Preformance Standards are Met.
Both will appear in court at a later date.
